Would you like to take part in a training week of kickboxing and cardio-kickboxing? A workout week of a wonderful sport in a fantastic resort!   In which all facets of cardio-kickboxing are addressed, such as condition, strength, technique, endurance and also and especially a lot of fun!  In this week all these components will be discussed!  Training with each other on techniques, kick pillow training, pad training, strength training. We will offer you a great workout week! Let's go for it and join our cardio-kickboxing workout!

Morning: Technical training

Afternoon: Power boxing training

Morning: Technique and condition

Afternoon: Surprise

Day 5:

Morning: Power boxing training

Afternoon: All-round
