Body Works Week | Sportstages

Mel Thomas and his fellow instructor, Nikki Tadman, welcome you to this Body Works Week, the perfect way to start your fitness journey or inspire your training. The week will consist of a huge variety of different classes and activities such as Body Bike, Insanity, Combat, Attach, Metafit, Boot Camps and MetaPwr, to name a few.

If you want inspiration and great functional training, this is the week for you. Whether you have a goal or just want fun and great workouts under the sun, you are sure to have an unforgettable week in the company of Mel Thomas at Club La Santa.

In addition to the training, a communal breakfast buffet will be organised on the last day at the Atlantico Restaurant.

You must be at least 15 years old to participate in the week.

Comfort apartment with 1 bedroom CF1 1 adults per room

These apartments have been recently renovated and have two single beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. This type of apartment is therefore suitable for a maximum of three adults and one child (under 15).
The functionally furnished wardrobe offers enough space for your luggage and sports equipment.
The open plan living / dining room opens onto a private terrace with a table, chairs and a clothesline.
The bathroom is fitted with a shower and the kitchen is equipped with a hob, fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and the usual kitchenware. All apartments have free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and a safe. Towels are changed daily and we offer a cleaning service five days a week.
Six of these ground floor apartments are suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

One Bedroom Suite with Sea View SU1SV 1 adults per room

Suite apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony. This bright and modern suite apartment with a total area of 89 m² can accommodate up to 6 adults.
The 2 bedrooms have two single beds, a spacious and modern fitted wardrobe and a work area with a work surface, an iron and ironing board, a vacuum cleaner and a drying rack.
The modern kitchen with a high breakfast table is equipped with a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a cafetiere and a microwave oven. The living room is practically furnished with a spacious sitting area during the day and two comfortable beds at night. The large bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. The second bathroom has a shower and a toilet. A second sink is located in the hallway for your convenience. All suites have air conditioning, TV, free wifi and a safe. Towels are changed daily and we offer a cleaning service five days a week. All suites are located in the newest part of Club La Santa.
